Rules of visiting
- All children must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must supervise their children at all times.
- Only children 12 years and under are permitted to play
- The height restriction is 5’2″
- No access will be permitted to Funsters without pre payment or payment on arrival, this is for both children and adults
- Test and trace information must be given or QR codes scanned to check in
- Anybody who is unwell should not visit
- Everybody on arrival should sanitise their hands and sanitise your hands frequently throughout your visit
- We ask you leave Funsters promptly at the end of your play or party session
- Funsters reserves the right to ask people to leave
- Promotions may be withdrawn at the discretion of Funsters
- It is forbidden to smoke, vape and consume alcohol or drugs on our premises
- Climbing on the outside of the playframe is strictly forbidden
- We recommend long sleeves and trousers to be worn and avoid clothes made of man-made fibres
- Adults are asked to check children are not carrying items in their pockets before entering to play and not wearing pinned badges or school ties
- Antisocial behaviour is not tolerated – guilty parties may be asked to leave. Please do not try to deal with a situation yourself
- CCTV operates within the playcentre and may be used for the purpose of prosecution
- Report all accidents to a member of staff
- Report all spillages to staff
- Party poppers and confetti are not allowed
- Mascots, character visits and outside entertainers are not permitted on site unless provided by Funsters. Funsters will deny access to any of these on arrival
- Safety first, do not bring a knife or a method to light candles
- Electrical equipment cannot be plugged in at Funsters unless proof of up to date PAT testing is shown and agreed with management
- Nappy changing facilities are provided
- No chewing gum allowed
- Only food, drink and confectionary purchased from Funsters can be consumed on our premises. This includes birthday cakes.
Refunds
- Deposits and payments for parties are non-refundable. Any payments made above the minimum amounts will be treated as deposit monies and are also non-refundable
- In the event of cancellation of a party by you, for whatever reason refunds will not be given however it may be transferred to another booking. The transferring of funds to a different booking attracts a £10 admin charge
- In the event of cancellation of a party or play session by Funsters, for example due to COVID-19 restrictions or essential maintenance, a transfer or refund will be offered
- Purchased event tickets are non-refundable
- Event tickets/play purchased online are non-refundable under any circumstance
- Play purchased on-line is non-refundable however it may be credited to another day. However this needs to be done prior to the day booked and requested via email to chat@funstersplaycentres.co.uk
